On November 10, a six-member delegation from the Faculty of Management at the University of Szczecin (UoS), Poland, visited YCIT. The delegation was led by Dean Professor Wojciech Drozdz. They were warmly received by Wang Wei, Vice President of YCIT; Liu Wei, Dean of the School of Automotive Engineering; and Qi Juan, Deputy Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Department. The two parties held discussions focusing on joint discipline development and talent cultivation.
During the meeting, Dean Liu Wei and Dean Wojciech Drozdz signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on behalf of their respective schools. This signing marks the official start of substantive cooperation between the two institutions.
Founded in July 1984, UoS is the largest higher education institution in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and is recognized as one of Poland’s leading public universities. It comprises 18 faculties covering a wide range of academic disciplines, with approximately 1,000 academic staff and 760 administrative personnel. Since 1998, UoS has actively expanded its international partnerships, establishing stable cooperative relations with nearly 180 universities in 24 countries, earning a strong reputation in the field of international education.
