Recently, the Ministry of Education officially issued the *Notice on Announcing the Evaluation Results of the Third Batch of National First-Class Undergraduate Courses* (Jiao Gao Han [2025] No. 9), in which five courses from YCIT were included. Among them are two blended online-and-offline first-class courses, two offline first-class courses, and one virtual simulation experimental teaching first-class course. To date, the total number of national first-class undergraduate courses approved for YCIT has reached 15, placing the university among the forefront of similar institutions.
Taking this opportunity, YCIT will closely align its talent cultivation with the demands of economic and social development, fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of national and provincial first-class undergraduate courses, and further deepen education and teaching reform. The university will comprehensively implement various curriculum construction plans, accelerate the development of smart courses and industry-education integrated first-class courses, highlight the key role of courses as carriers in talent cultivation, fully enhance students' immersive learning experience, continuously strengthen the connotative development of undergraduate talent cultivation, and improve the quality of applied undergraduate talent cultivation.
