Recently, the Office of the Jiangsu Provincial Leading Group for Education Cybersecurity and Informatization issued the Notice on Announcing the Collection Results of Provincial Digital Education Innovation Cases for 2025. YCIT’s submission, the AI Corpus Teaching Platform for New Energy Equipment, was selected as an innovation case in the higher education category.

Following a rigorous process of institutional application, expert review, committee deliberation, and public announcement, a total of 26 innovation cases were finalized—10 in the basic education category and 16 in higher education. YCIT’s case stood out among the 16 selected in the higher education group.

Leveraging its strengths in new energy and intelligent manufacturing, YCIT summarized its practical achievements in AI-enhanced classroom teaching, personalized education, practical training, and teaching quality evaluation. The submitted case, AI Corpus Teaching Platform for New Energy Equipment, addresses key challenges in engineering talent cultivation. It explores new models of human-machine collaborative teaching, intelligent academic assessment, and digital industry-education training, and has developed replicable and scalable implementation pathways that meet the talent cultivation needs of the new energy industry along Jiangsu’s coastal areas.

Going forward, YCIT will take this opportunity to deepen the integration of artificial intelligence into teaching across all disciplines, upgrade its smart teaching resources, and advance digital education reform. The university will fully leverage the exemplary role of this benchmark case to steadily improve the quality of applied talent cultivation through digital technologies.
